New York Public Library Lunar New Year Celebration; Time: Tuesday, January 28, 4:00 PM–5:00 PM. Location: Seward Park Library, 192 East Broadway, New York NY. Admission: Free. Come celebrate the Lunar New Year with crafts, snacks, and the debut of the Seward Snake display.
