A new name is set to be unveiled for it by Trafford Centre bosses in the new year. The new restaurants include hit Manchester Chinese restaurant and food hall Hello Oriental, which will open The Trafford Centre's former China Town has reopened its doors following a significant refurbishment, with a host of new eateries set to arrive.
