Liverpool is gearing up to ring in the Lunar New Year, hosting a series of free events and activities to celebrate the Year of the Snake. The main Chinese New Year festivities will take place on This year’s Lunar New Year Dragon and Lion parade will begin at 11.15am and finish at around 3.30pm.
