Meet at the corner of 18th Avenue and 61st Street at 10am for the Bensonhurst New Year Parade, hosted by the Chinese American Social Services Center and City Council Member Susan Zhuang. The parade will go down 18th Avenue to 83rd Street. The Brooklyn Museum will dedicate a Sunday Art Hang to Lunar New Year on January 26, with arts and crafts and a lion dance performance by the Chinese Freemasons Athletic Club, in collaboration with Cool Culture. The event will begin at 2 pm and is free to attend. Rounding out Lunar New Year Parades in Brooklyn is the second annual Brooklyn Lantern Festival Parade.
