The Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade, organised by the Tourism Board, will take place between 8pm and 9.45pm in Tsim Sha Tsui. The parade begins at the Hong Kong Cultural Parade floats exhibition & performances at Lam Tsuen. From 30 January to 13 February, colourful floats from the Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade will be on display at Lam Tsuen Wishing Square in Tai Po. Crowds gathered in Tsim Sha Tsui on Wednesday for the Lunar New Year parade .
