Begin with the foundation – the dragon’s body. This is where your creativity takes center stage. Step 9: Pasting Chinese Dragon’s Head On Popsicle Stick. Paste the head on the left side of the foam net using glue or double-sided tape. Step 10: Pasting Chinese Dragon’s Tail On Popsicle Stick. Lastly, paste the tail on the right side of the foam net.
