From 14 January - 27 January 2025, you can withdraw new notes at any of our 17 LNY New Notes or 4 Fit-for-Gifting (Fit) Notes locations. This service is only available for UOB customers making reservations via Personal Internet Banking on a first-come-first serve basis. The new notes limit for each reservation is capped at S$500. Depending on availability, S$2 denominations could be ‘good-as-new’ notes. Each customer is allowed only one reservation. Yes, you can still walk into any UOB branch to exchange for the fit-for-giving notes without prior online reservation.
