February 10 marks the Chinese Lunar New Year of the Dragon, and Chester is honouring the occasion with an epic itinerary of events.. Visitors to the city and those who call Chester home can witness an extensive variety of traditional entertainment from experts and artists, including non-combustible firecrackers, dragon and lion dancing, traditional musical performances and even special Chinese New Year will be celebrated in Chester on Saturday 1st Feb. The Year of the Snake will be welcomed by performances of traditional music, lions and dragon dancing, non-combustible firecrackers and cultural characters.
