At Li Yen, The Reunion Stars menu led by Executive Chinese Chef Alex Au features their signature dishes like Hong Kong-Style Waxed Meat Clay Pot Rice and Prosperity Barbequed Suckling Pig that’s roasted to perfection. A simple Chinese New Year dessert that is kept traditional, no fancy ingredients along but Li Yen kitchen team made it so good!
